  • Standard Shipping: Priced at $12.95. We ship via reliable carriers DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. We ship via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship globally, with exceptions for some remote regions and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: For reasons of hygiene, personal wear, and to preserve the integrity of intimate accessories, all Hats and all Jewelry (including our distinctive Turquoise Jewelry collection) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Our team, based in Long Beach, California, will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return

Once you receive your RMA number and instructions:

  1. Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip inside the package.
  3. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective item.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our warehouse (please allow 5-7 business days for transit and processing), we will notify you via email.

  • For Returns: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • For Exchanges: Once the return is approved, we will immediately process your replacement order. Shipping for the new item will follow our standard rates and timelines as outlined in the Shipping Information section above.

Important Details on Non-Returnable Items

To preserve quality, exclusivity, and for essential hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • All Hats (from the “Hats” menu category).
  • All Jewelry (including all items listed under the “Jewelry” and “Turquoise Jewelry” menu categories).

Our standard 15-day return policy applies to all other items across our collections, including Clothing, Coats & Jackets, Dresses, Pants, Skirts, Tops, Petites, Plus sizes, Scarves, and general Accessories.
